You may have dental insurance that covers a portion of the fee.  Please bring your insurance information with you to the examination appointment so that we can help expedite your reimbursement. Insurance

There are numerous insurance policies, each with several benefit packages. Therefore, it is impossible for us to predict what is covered in your plan. Unlike medical plans that tend to cover a majority of your medical bills, dental insurance plans usually cover a very limited portion of your orthodontic fee. If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, please consult your insurance agent, your insurance company, your employer’s health benefit handbook, or your company’s human resource department.

Our office team is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider and make sure you understand your insurance benefits.

Filing an Insurance Claim

We are here to make this process as easy for you as possible. Depending upon the policy of your insurance company, we may either mail you a completed claim form for you to sign and forward to your insurance company, or we will file the claim for you electronically.

Insurance Payments

We feel that your insurance coverage is between you and your insurance company. While we will help you file your claim as a courtesy, we prefer to make all financial arrangements directly with you. Consequently, all professional charges from this practice will be billed to you and not your insurance company. You will be responsible for making all the payments directly to our office and your insurance will be sending the benefit payments directly to you. Please keep a record of your insurance reimbursements to make sure that you receive all of your benefits. .
